This ex-designer fabric is a brilliant silk twill suiting, coming in a deep grey colourway. With a lovely soft handle, it is completely opaque and full of gentle drape. It has a non-slip quality, making it a wonderful silk for beginner sewists. It would make up into a beautiful gathered skirt or blouse and would fall nicely on the bias.
