Just outside Milan lies the quiet town of Leggiuno, home to a renowned luxury shirting mill established in 1908. Leggiuno is famous for using the finest Egyptian and Supima cottons, making its fabrics a favourite among top luxury brands.
Woven with Italian craftsmanship, Leggiuno fabrics have a silky sheen, smooth feel, and light texture. They use minimal dye to keep the cotton as close to its natural state as possible.
This fabric is a versatile yarn-dyed linen cotton blend with a slub running through it, giving it added texture and body. This fabric features a large check design in navy and pebble grey on an off-white cloth. Midweight, it holds structure beautifully. It's semi-opaque, and will make into stand out shirts, dresses, summer pants and skirts, as well as stunning homeware.
This beautifully made cotton is OEKO-TEX standard 100 certified and GOTS certified and will last a lifetime.
