This genuine vintage German-made jacquard is a piece of history. Created in West Germany before the fall of the Berlin Wall, this rare fabric is a true collector's item. It is double-faced, with one side coming in a rich merlot colourway and a classic black on the reverse. Opaque and wrinkle-resistant, it's incredibly soft holding plenty of soft drape. A rarity, this fabric would make into a divine two-piece set, pair of A-line trousers with a soft pleat or pintuck, form-fitting blouse, maxi skirt or incredible bag.
Composition: 50% Silk, 50% Acetate

Care: Cold water handwash or gentle/delicate machine wash.
